Union Pacific Railroad Retiree Access

After retirement, Union Pacific removes standard employee access. Retirees must request a new User ID to access W-2 forms and other resources:

• UPRR Retiree Resource Portal Central hub for retiree benefits, contacts, and forms.
• Benefits Information Healthcare, Life Insurance, and Pension info for retirees.
• SAP ePayroll for Retirees W-2 access, address changes, and more.
• Banking, Medical, & Beneficiary Forms
• Amtrak Passes
• Friend to Friend Network
• Pick Your Retirement Watch Retirement Watch Selection Agreement (union) employees at retirement: • Must be at least age 60 with 30 or more years of service • OR at least age 62 with at least 10 years of service If eligible, you can pick your retirement watch online.
